Help! "Your publishing rights have been blocked due to a violation of the Pages Terms of Use." What should I do?

Last week, I've received an email from Facebook as follows:

I've followed the instruction and authenticate my page, but now, my publishing rights have been blocked!

I've sent an email to "info@facebook.com" but no reply, I have tried to contact facebook with the link below:

But still no reply... May I know what should I do in order to unblock my publishing rights? I really need my publishing rights back!
